Hop on one of our complimentary bikes and ride the scenic 10-mile Shining Sea Bikeway. With stretches of shade, sun, marshes, and ocean views, it’s the perfect way to explore Falmouth.

2. Visit the Falmouth Museums on the Green
Celebrate 250 years of American history with free admission in 2025! Take a guided tour and soak up stories of Cape Cod’s past on this beautifully preserved property.

3. Tour the Nobska Lighthouse
Just a short walk away, Nobska Lighthouse offers stunning coastal views. Climb the tower Tuesdays and Thursdays (10 am–12 pm), or join a Twilight Tour every other Wednesday evening starting June 11, 2025.

4. Explore Woods Hole’s Marine Biological Laboratory
Get a behind-the-scenes look at one of the world’s leading marine science centers. Free tours run twice daily, Monday through Friday—ending with a meet-and-greet with local sea life!

5. Relax on Nobska Beach or Stoney Beach
Pack a picnic, grab some beach towels from the lodge, and enjoy the sand and surf just minutes from your door. We are happy to provide you with a free ride to the beach in our beach buggy!

6. Hike The Knob
A 5-minute drive from Treehouse Lodge, this easy 0.8-mile trail offers wooded paths, harbor views, and perfect sunset moments. Arrive early—parking is free but limited.

7. Wander Beebe Woods & The Punch Bowl
Access this forested retreat through Highfield Hall. Hike serene trails, swing into a glacial pond, and meet the sheep at nearby Peterson Farm. Feeling adventurous? Bring your swimsuit and jump into this kettle hole pond from the rope swing!

8. Visit the Woods Hole Science Aquarium
The oldest public aquarium in the U.S. is just down the road. Explore marine life, visit the touch tank, and check out fascinating bone specimens—all for free!

9. Take the Free Bus on Martha’s Vineyard
Ride around the Martha’s Vineyard Transit bus on the Vineyard for free until September 2025! From Vineyard Haven to Oak Bluffs or Edgartown, explore the island with ease. And while you’re there…..
