Hello beer and fall lovers! We have partnered with local brewery Hog Island Brewing Co. and Quick Hole Tavern featuring Executive Chef Nat Summerton for a delectable farm-to-table dinner experience. Visit us the weekend of November 1st for two nights and join us for a craft beer dinner at Quicks Hole Tavern Saturday, November 2nd, 2019 at 6 pm.
This inviting four-course menu includes:
- Course 1: Rabbit croquette with a bacon apple relish and celeriac puree
- Course 2: Mussels in leek and beer broth with lardo and grilled crostini
- Course 3: Chicken Confit which includes Confit chicken breast, sweet potato puree, Braised Brussel sprouts, cranberry walnut pesto
- Course 4: Pear and ginger tart with pomegranate reduction, candied ginger and pistachios
